When a legendary Golden Girl crossed paths with TV’s favorite brooding vampire-turned-FBI-agent, sparks flew in the most unfiltered way.
“Bones” actor David Boreanaz recalled his unforgettable encounter with Betty White at the inaugural Televerse Festival in Los Angeles on Saturday, ahead of the 20th anniversary of the show’s debut.
White, who made a guest appearance on the crime drama, “showed up in the diner. … And she says hello to everybody,” Boreanaz said during a festival panel, People reported.
“And Emily [Deschanel] and I are waiting for her. And she’s like, ‘Good to see you. Oh, good to see you. You’re so nice. You’re so pretty.’ She goes up to Emily — ‘Oh, you’re so pretty.’”
This is when Boreanaz caught White’s eye, and she apparently got so excited that she just couldn’t hide it.

“She looks at me, she goes, ‘Holy shit, I want to fuck you. I want to fuck you!’ I just started laughing,” Boreanaz reminisced.
Deschanel also chimed in on what she remembered from the meeting.
“I’m not saying it didn’t happen,” she said. “I’m saying I didn’t hear that, but that’s amazing,”
White died of a stroke at age 99 in December 2021. After her passing, her team shared a heartfelt message she’d recorded prior to her death.
“I just want to thank you all for your love and support over the years. Thank you so much and stick around,” she said.
