US President Donald Trump on Saturday said he was authorizing the deployment of federal troops to Portland, Oregon, which he described as “under siege from attack by Antifa, and other domestic terrorists”. Portland is the latest city targeted by the Trump administration for deployments following announcements regarding Chicago, Memphis, Washington, DC and Los Angeles.
