Yankees’ Aaron Judge talks big ALDS Game 3 home run vs Blue Jays
After Aaron Judge tagged a massive a game-tying three-run home run, he discussed the effort in the Yankees’ ALDS Game 3 win over the Blue Jays.
Vladimir Guerrero Jr. found a moment to troll the Yankees during a jubilant postgame interview.
While on air during the “MLB on FS1 Postgame” show, Guerrero Jr., in the middle of jubilant Toronto Blue Jays locker room, took a quick moment to joke with analyst David “Big Papi” Ortiz, the Boston Red Sox legend who loves to get under Yankees’ fans skin.
“Theeeeeee Yankees lose!” Guerrero Jr. and Ortiz shouted together several times during the interview, as Ortiz laughed on the set while sitting alongside former Yankees Derek Jeter and Alex Rodriguez.
Jeter didn’t appear too happy in the moment.
“Theeeeeee Yankees lose!” has become Ortiz’s signature TV line over the years, a nod to legendary Yankees radio broadcaster John Sterling, famous for his “Theeeeeee Yankees win!” call after New York victories.
