Lithuania summoned a Russian diplomat on Thursday to protest what it said was a brief incursion of two Russian military aircraft into its airspace. The defence ministry said a Sukhoi SU-30 fighter and an IL-78 tanker from Kaliningrad crossed 700 metres into Lithuania during likely refuelling training before exiting.
