The Netherlands’ centrist D66 party has won the country’s elections, ousting far-right leader Geert Wilders, a local news agency reported on Friday. While postal votes are still being counted, the likely narrow victory for D66 would mean its leader Rob Jetten can begin talks to form a coalition government.
