Brazil’s top court ruled on Thursday that ex-President Jair Bolsonaro will not be detained—for now—during his trial for allegedly plotting a coup. Bolsonaro is accused of attempting to overturn his 2022 election loss to leftist Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva.
