Two years ago, Bronny James was a fan favorite at USC as a true freshman.
Bryce James, LeBron James’ youngest son, is now getting the same treatment at Arizona.
James made an appearance for the Wildcats on Saturday as they faced St. Mary’s in an exhibition game. He didn’t get a chance to put up big numbers, however, as he played just one minute and scored one point on a free throw late in the game.
While his time on the court was limited, fans were ecstatic to see the son of one of the best players of all time on their squad.
James was considered to be a 3-star prospect coming out of high school, according to 247Sports’ composite rankings, and he picked Arizona over Ohio State, USC and a handful of other programs.
It’s hard to say whether he’ll be a regular contributor for the Wildcats, considering he barely saw any action on Saturday, but he’ll look to make the most of whatever reps he gets.
Whenever he does get on the court, he’s sure to get a big round of applause from Arizona fans.
