Dell announcing results for the second quarter after the market’s close. analyst expecting Dell to bring in about 7 billion from AI server sales in Q2 and getting a boost from the roll out of Nvidia’s new Blackwell chips that’s expected to drive even more big AI orders for Dell.

And moving over to housing, some fresh housing data coming in on Thursday with pending home sales. economists forecasting sales to fall at an annualized rate of 0.2%, an improvement from June’s drop of 0.8% and signaling that the housing market is still cooling but not as much as before.

And taking a look at the Federal Reserve, we’re going to be getting some more Fed commentary on Thursday. This time from Fed Governor Christopher Waller.
