JEREMY Clarkson joked his “trousers were falling down” as he scooped his NTAs gong in a smart black suit.
The Top Gear alum took to the stage in his formal attire, paired with a crisp white shirt, that showed off his slender new look.
Back in December, fans were left stunned by Jeremy’s changing shape.
The Clarkson’s Farm star previously revealed that he was just days from death before he underwent urgent heart surgery to clear blocked arteries.
Since his operation, Jeremy Clarkson, 65, has had to completely change his lifestyle.
Now he opened up on the physical effects as he took to the stage in London.

Jeremy and his Clarkson’s Farm team picked up the award for Factual Entertainment Show with his Amazon Prime team.
During acceptance speech he said: “I should explain I’m on Mounjaro, my trousers are falling down.”
His girlfriend Lisa Hogan – who also features on the show – then held him at the waist.
Jeremy quipped: “Lisa’s going to hold my trousers up whilst I make a very short speech.”
During the speech, he claimed his Cotswolds farm team “worked harder than anyone else in the room.”
STELLAR SPEECH
The Sun columnist then, alongside partner Lisa and show star Harriet Cowan, gave his take on the industry.
He said: “Farming is a difficult job and I appreciate the way people are going, ‘I didn’t know where my sausages came from’.
“You don’t love farming, you love moments of it — it is really tricky right now.
“Farmers work so hard for no money so it’s delightful that people recognise a farming show can beat a house cleaning show. We shall go and have a drink.”
