Former reality star Kelley Wolf was arrested late Tuesday at her home in Summit County, Utah, amid her contentious divorce from actor Scott Wolf.
The star of MTV’s “The Real World: New Orleans” was taken into custody on suspicion of electronic communication harassment and electronic disclosure of personal identifying information, People reported. She’s currently being held at the Summit County jail, though no formal charges have yet been filed and it’s unclear if she’s obtained legal counsel.
On Tuesday night, Kelley Wolf shared a series of cryptic Instagram Stories posts in which she confronted her estranged husband and alluded to their children Jackson, 16; Miller, 12; and Lucy, 11. It’s unclear if these messages are related to her arrest.
“Scott: Send the kids now!!! No more games. This is war,” she wrote in one, the New York Post’s Page Six reported. “Last chance and then I go to the press.”
Later, she noted: “The police are here to arrest me. I have no idea why. … I am not suicidal. I am no danger to anyone. I have done nothing.”
Neither the Summit County Sheriff’s Office nor a representative for Scott Wolf immediately replied to HuffPost’s request for comment.
Kelley Wolf’s arrest came hours after a Utah judge upheld a previous decision awarding her ex ― best known for his portrayal of Bailey Salinger on teen dramedy series “Party of Five” ― temporary sole custody of their children.
“This has been a long, quiet journey for me—rooted in hope, patience, and care for our children,” Kelley Wolf wrote on Instagram at the time. “While I will not speak publicly about the details, I feel peace knowing that I’ve done everything I can to walk this path with integrity and compassion.”

“The last few years have presented life in a way that we hadn’t experienced before,” he told the outlet at the time. “These are not life and death issues, but reframing issues, things that have, kind of, challenges, and watching our family go through things that have presented challenges … to find our way through in ways that have changed the way I see happiness.”
