A Florida Republican state committee member, who said she was in a relationship with U.S. Rep. Cory Mills (R-Fla.) for over three years, has accused the congressman of threatening to release sexually explicit images of her, including videos of the two of them having sex, after she broke up with him, according to a police report obtained by multiple news outlets.
Lindsey Langston, who was crowned Miss United States in October 2024, said Mills contacted her multiple times with the threats after she broke up with him earlier this year, according to a report she filed with the Columbia County Sheriff’s Department on July 14. Langston’s allegations were first reported by Drop Site News and Blaze Media.
“Since February 20th of 2025 Cory has contacted Lindsey numerous times on numerous different accounts threatening to release nude images and videos of her, to include recorded videos of her and Cory engaging in sexual acts,” the report reads, according to Drop Site News.
Mills also threatened “to harm any men Lindsey intended to date in the future,” the report notes.
The report added that Langston shared texts with the department corroborating her account.
“You want to date or be with someone else. Be my guest. But they need to know well in advance that if we cross paths, l don’t care this week, this month, or this decade. They better damn well know it’s coming every time,” one of the texts obtained by Drop Site News and Blaze Media reads.
A spokesperson for the sheriff’s department told Politico that Langston’s allegations will be reviewed by the Florida Department of Law Enforcement.
Separately, Drop Site News reported that Langston has filed a restraining order against Mills.
Mills denied Langston’s allegations in a statement to Politico, claiming he has not been notified of her accusations.
“We have not been made aware of any report or allegations from law enforcement or the alleged complainant,” Mills told the outlet. “These claims are false and misrepresent the nature of my interactions. I have always conducted myself with integrity, both personally and in service to Florida’s 7th District.”
Mills has previously faced an investigation over allegations that he assaulted another woman, who was not his wife, on Feb. 19 at a Washington apartment. Mills, who denied wrongdoing, was not charged.
Langston, who claims she started a relationship with Mills in November 2021, told the sheriff’s department she broke up with Mills upon learning of that alleged assault.
Earlier this year, Mills, an ally of President Donald Trump, shared his ambitions to continue his political career in the Senate, telling reporters he plans to run in 2026 for the Senate seat vacated by now-Secretary of State Marco Rubio.
