Perennial mid-table Serie A strugglers Torino have reportedly joined the race to sign Inter Milan flop Kristjan Asllani.
According to Gianluca Di Marzio via FCInter1908, the Granata have added the Albanian midfielder to their shortlist.
Despite selling star playmaker Samuele Ricci to AC Milan earlier this summer, Torino have yet to sign a replacement.
Indeed, Tino Anjorin remains their only midfield addition, with the English star arriving from Empoli on loan.

Asllani has fallen out of favor at San Siro, with Cristian Chivu sidelining him from his project for next season.
However, the 23-year-old has refused every offer that came his way this summer.
Furthermore, he insists on staying in Serie A after rejecting a move to Real Betis at the start of the transfer window.
Bologna and Fiorentina have emerged as potential suitors, yet Inter’s €18 million asking price has deterred both sides.
Torino may encounter the same problem, as they would preferably sign Asllani on loan with an option to buy.
