Russian troops have broken through Ukraine’s lines in the Donetsk region, open-source data showed on Tuesday, threatening the mining town of Dobropillia. The sudden advance comes just days ahead of planned talks between US President Donald Trump and his Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin on Friday.
