The “Late Night” host explained that Trump can’t seem to make the saga involving the convicted sex offender go away before tossing to clips of the president calling it a “Democrat hoax” and downplaying it as “total bullshit.”
“I’ll say this about Trump, he’s not big and strong but he definitely sounds like he’s about to cry. The dude is absolutely spooked about this Epstein stuff in a way I’ve never seen before, well, I mean, he looked spooked the other day leaving the White House,” Meyers quipped of Trump, who has faced questions about his health in recent weeks.
Meyers stressed that Trump is “really spinning out” over the Epstein saga and it’s “only getting worse” as Democrats and Republicans push for the Justice Department to release the files in their entirety.
The White House, in response, said it views congressional Republicans joining such efforts as a “very hostile act.”
He then tossed to a clip of Chauntae Davies, a victim of the convicted sex offender who declared outside the U.S. Capitol on Wednesday that Epstein was “very close” with Trump and had an 8×10 framed photo of the two on his desk.

“8×10? That’s a big ass frame! I won’t even spring for 8×10 on my kids’ school pictures,” Meyers quipped.
